Covenants Committee Report

The first official meeting of the Breckinridge Farms Homeowners Association Covenants Committee took place Wednesday night at the Duncan residence. While its main purpose was to introduce the member to each other, most of our business structure and ideal goals were set.

The covenant has three major divisions – The Declarations

The Bylaws

The Articles

We will use our time tailoring each of these universal documents to better suit the needs of our Home Owners Association while keeping within the guidelines of all City Codes and other applicable laws.

As we find areas in need of attention, we will write up a recommendation to the Home Owners Association Board of Directors outlining the specific verbiage as it exists in the Covenant, what needs to be changed, and any codes or laws that come into play.

We have decided to meet at least once a month, and welcome the participation of anyone who would like to help us create a better Covenant for our Home Owners Association.
